Background

The proposed certificate course in Entrepreneurship & skill development program are considered as an additional qualification for the students of Economics (graduates with the bachelor’s or master’s degree).

Course Objectives

  • The objective of this certificate course is to provide students of Economics with new skills that they can immediately use in their studies and that are fundamental to enter the job market: to structure, process, analyze data and effectively communicate information in order to solve managerial problems and support decision-making processes.
  • The Entrepreneurship & Skill Development program imparts one with the required skills to gain a competitive edge in any job market. This program, with an emphasis on hands on training, uses techniques like role play, business communication, and team leadership.
  • It focuses on the overall development of the participant and seeks to provide a deeper understanding of various aspects of human relations, social awareness, presentation of self, working with a team while learning to negotiate and manage conflicts while at the same time encouraging independent thinking and decision making.
