DAV PG College, Varanasi has proudly launched a Self-Defense Training Program for its students, aimed at building strength, confidence, and awareness. The program is conducted three times a week under the guidance of expert trainers. It focuses on practical techniques, martial arts basics, and emergency response skills. Students are trained to remain alert, confident, and courageous in challenging situations. A special emphasis is laid on empowering female students for their safety and independence. More than 50 students are actively participating with great enthusiasm. Interactive drills and real-life demonstrations make the sessions lively and impactful.
